Rates are non-refundable. These discounts do not apply to groups or weddings. The SPA discount applies only to 50 and 80-minute massages and reservations made before arrival. The HOTEL requires a 50% prepayment of the total reservation amount; the remaining balance is due upon arrival at reception. The hotel retains a $2,000 MXN deposit at check-in for incidental expenses; any unused deposit will be refunded upon departure. The HOTEL is not responsible for claims arising from force majeure events, such as weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, strikes, airport closures, riots, repression, etc.
